Far Cry 3 is a first person shooter game, which takes place in a jungle. You are probably thinking that the game has of a lot of animals and you are totally right. This is one of the best games of the moment and you can benefit from DirextX 11, but you can even use your old GPU, since the game runs even with DirectX 9. The idea of the game, is to liberate as many outposts as possible, in order to take all the territory. During your journey you will find a lot of animals and the story was really nice.
You look at a very wonderful trip where you did everything you could ever enjoy in your life and found yourself in a dirty, unpleasant cage with your older brother. Your brother unfortunately won't make it, so beware that you will see some blood. When it comes to the graphics, you will be certainly stunned, maybe best graphics ever. They really did it this time and there are a lot of stuff in the game which I might even forget during the review. You can even get cars, motor-bikes, a lot of firearms, animal hides, money and much more. One thing I clearly noticed, was the texture of money and how accurate they were while making all the textures of objects.

During your journey, you will even find crocodiles, snakes or whatever you might think of, since you are in the middle of the jungle. Think of it as an exciting game and I didn't even touch the surface of what you are going to expect from it. This game is worth every penny, so don't hesitate of buying it. One thing to notice, was that you could buy weapons in shops, buy homes, get experience and upgrade your player. The game really deserves Another Games badge. This is going to be great!
Talking about weapons, you will find plenty of them. There are stores around the map, from which you can buy, but the problem is that you will have to pay. After disabling radio towers, you can get the weapons for free and can view the map with all its details. Talking about preferred weapons, I personally like the sniper, because you can liberate outposts very easily. One hint here: If you kill all the enemies in an outpost totally hidden, you will get a bonus and it is worth it. You can upgrade weapons with some accessories, like adding magazine, scope or laser scope, silencer and many others. They will cost money, so even if you liberate outposts or disable radio towers, nothing will change. The weapons can be painted with nice colors, based on themes. They will cost money again, so you have to gather a lot, before you can upgrade.
When it comes to upgrades of your character skills, you will have 3 different skills. They are known as: The heron, the shark and the spider. Each of them has different approaches and will require to choose paths based on your preferences. I personally like running fast, so I have chosen to unlock "Marathon Man" located in the heron skills. If you want to upgrade as quick as possible, probably the best way is to liberate outposts by killing all the enemies, hidden with a silenced sniper and a 2x scope bundled. The more experience you get, the faster you will level up and the more skills points you will have to spend. Remember that each skill requires skill points and might need some other skills before unlocking the final one. The more difficult it is to unlock a skill and the more skills it requires to be unlocked, the more valuable it will be.
Whenever you want to have a melee approach, you better sneak to your enemies. This is a good point for the game, since you can choose to sneak or run and shot, but the second one, will draw a lot of attention and the enemies will fire up with weapons and alarms. If they notice you, they will first try to kill you, than call for reinforcements. One thing to note, is the animals they put in cages. When trying to liberate outposts, there might be cages with animals, like tigers, pumas, bears, alligators or others and if you open the cages, the animal could have a chance to kill all of the enemies after running free. The outpost will be liberated and you will find yourself with a good bonus using a single bullet. This is just a chance, since the enemies can kill the animal or even hear you will the animal is attacking them.
The game has too much blood and bad language, so don't expect to be appropriate for children. The primary objective, might contain scenes of which you might not like, having nudity, aggressive language or other bad stuff. I would not recommend it for children. There is a chance though, that you can download the game in another language, which can't be understood and you will normally remove the bad words, but the game scenes, will always be there, so you cannot avoid them. There are circumstances that you might be offended personally, but I think it is best to avoid these cases and don't take them too much seriously.
The map in the game is huge. You will find animals, outposts, enemies, cars, treasures and a lot more, if you use your map which will be your guide during all the game. You will have a GPS tracker, so you can put your mark on the map and you can track until you reach to that point. The problem is that, if you don't disable radio towers, you won't get any information about the streets, animals or whatever you might think of. The map itself is darkened to the areas you have not disabled radio towers. I suggest you disable them first, than going for a search around. You can use cars, motor-cars or other means of transport to get there as fast as possible. One thing I have noticed, is that you will always have a treasure box at the top of the towers and zip-lines, which can be two of them or one, but it depends.
Animals in the game are numerous, you will have to kill a lot of them. After killing an animal, you can use their leather to upgrade a lot of stuff, like carrying more weapons, your money pouch, which is really great as an idea if you ask me, carrying more arrows and much more. Don't expect this to be an easy task, since the animals vary a lot from each other, especially the blooded animals, which are tougher than normal ones, but have a rare leather used for the ultimate upgrades. There are some upgrades though, that don't really need that kind of leather, so you won't be doing special missions to get one. You can upgrade a skill named "Zoology 101" which will enable you to take double leather from an animal. This is very important since you won't be wasting your time around the map to catch other animals of the same type to upgrade.
